Ashraf Kunnummal

Dr Ashraf Kunnummal is a Post-doctoral Research Fellow at the Johannesburg Institute of Advanced Studies, University of Johannesburg, South Africa. Ashraf finished his PhD from the Department of Religion Studies, University of Johannesburg, titled "A Critical Decolonial Reading of Liberation, in the Islamic Liberation Theology: Works of Asghar Ali Engineer, Shabir Akhtar, Farid Esack and Hamid Dabashi".
